Just pony up the $50 and get some damned lights. How many times now have you written about how using natural light inhibits your abilities??

Just this once!

I last lamented the lack of a mannequin :p

Will look into it soon though if this continues to be an issue. I dabble so moving things a week or two here or there isn't much of an issue right now. It was annoying because I was planning to do some of it this weekend, but I ended up coming into work instead.

"Never delivered to me. Buyer says sent and my problem. Don't buy."

Thats 100% removable. Call back on a weekday, tell them you're calling to get a feedback removed. They'll ask you whats going on in the sale, you say, his feedback says it wasn't delivered, but the tracking (which I hope you uploaded to the sale) shows as delivered on xx/xx/xx.

Do it tomorrow (or now), let me know how it goes.

Will do. I will post an update today. I've already replied to the feedback with the tracking number.

If I'm only printing one shipping label, ebay includes the instructions on half the page, wasting half a page of paper/sticky back. Is there a way to have it not print this? Also, if I go to reprint labels, I can only do one at a time and have the same problem. I've been just folding the paper in half and/or cutting in half but this isn't ideal... Thanks!

Maybe you guys are lucky enough to never have to worry about only shipping one item at a time!

Hmmm...where are you printing from on eBay? Mine only prints half a page and I've never changed any settings. I'll check my settings tonight when I print labels, assuming at least one person pays today.

No luck. Essentially the tracking info didn't update after it left the sorting facility, so it shows the status as Delivered, but has the zip code of the sorting facility - which is about 20 miles from the final destination.

eBay has basically told me that there's no way to get the feedback removed, unless the tracking information updates. I doubt the post office is going to be able to sort it out. Issuing a full refund will not remove it either, oddly enough. The buyer will not respond to my messages, and has not opened a case. The only other option would be to request that the buyer remove the feedback himself, after I issue a refund. I asked eBay if the buyer agrees to this via eBay messages, and I issue a refund, what happens if the buyer doesn't hold up his end of the deal by removing the feedback? Will eBay remove it then? You guessed it - nope. That's basically irrelevant at this point, given that the buyer won't respond to me.

Easy fix....

Top of your label printing page.....click printer and label receipt preferences at top right corner as seen below.

Then when this window opens, make sure the check box is not checked. Once you do it once, it should remember for future labels.
