Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I've been told that you can't use flt rate boxes for non-flat rate shipping. Example like a Medium flat rate box overseas or a Regional Rate A box overseas. Priority shipping with insurance is going to run in the 40-50 range. Express mail is going t run in the $45-$55 range. not sure how much the item you are shipping is worth and/or how much you actually charged the buyer for shipping? Mentioned just a few posts up (and Spoo does also), I only use Express mail for items over $100. Don't risk an Item Not Received for the extra few bucks.
Using 1st class mail is crazy talk unless you are using certified mail which I have done and never had an issue with OR it's an E-Declon country. I still would not trust it anymore as have had issues with paypal. Again in an earlier post, paypal requires you to prove the address to the city instead of ebay needing you the prove it arrived in the country. If they skip ebay dispute and just go to paypal you have a much greater chance of loosing if you don't use express.
I was under the same impression, until I got my last shipment of Reg Rate B's and they said "For Domestic and International Use" I don't see special pricing for international so I assume that they are just giving you the box and you go by weight.
