Bought a gorgeous pair of cole haan made in italy suede captoes last week. The suede is amazing and they're the nicest suede shoes I've ever handled, even better than benchmade in italy PRL.
Sadly, they're marked as Factory Defects. The seller didn't advertise this...so I'm sending them back. Oh well.
Damn dude, your a tough sell...you might as well only purchase from a factory where you can pick them off the line.
I mean, you praised them so well saying they are the nicest suede shoes you have ever handled...can I ask if you noticed any defect? Or you only see the mark? Many seconds are not visible to the naked eye. I would suggest if you claim to love these as much as you say, you try and inform the seller (he may not of known what the "mark" looks like) or ask for a partial refund to ease your mind in not getting a "good enough deal"...(is it ever good enough?)
It is your prerogative to return purchases no doubt, but I think you would be more happy if you broaden your approval range. No harm intended, just trying to understand you lol.
