Sorry, my point was in my estimation, it makes no difference and confounds me when people choose 9.99 over .99 or .01

Mr Nataku and Mr CPmac have success using the 4.99 starting price, not sure where that comes from, but it works well for those guys!

Ah, I just realized there is a reason not to do $.01. Minimum bid increments. Not that it really matters, but I might try starting them at $5 which is the minimum to get .50 increment. Rather than getting 30 bids of stupid people fighting over 2 pennies.

Current Price / Bid Increment
$0.01-$0.99 $ 0.05
$1.00-$4.99 $ 0.25
$5.00-$24.99 $ 0.50

Call me crazy, theres something about 3.99 or 5.99 that makes me more apt to bid than 4.99. If I see $2.98, thats the winner right there.. lol8[1].gif

My selling limits are $5,000 per month or 100 items, and when I spoke to eBay a few weeks ago they informed me that these were the only limits that would apply to my account.

I've experienced with Gucci and Burberry getting flagged here and there.

I still don't understand why. I finally encountered this last night. I suppose it will be easier to just block Russia and Ukraine from my listings. I think I have only ever had 2 sales there. However....there is a possibility that the majority of sellers will be blocking them, which will in turn drive more traffic to the sellers that don't. Probably why the only 2 sales I had were in the last month or so.

I know...

Oh....that one...wonder how long that has been like that. I thought my old domain was still good until February or so.

Thanks for the heads-up

Thinking about this kit for an indoor lighting setup. What do you guys think?

Thought I'd share the wonderful packaging on an E-Bay purchase of a Canali sportcoat.  Yes, it is rolled into a ball and crammed into an envelope that would be too small to fit even one shoe in.

I put sport coats in a 12x15 poly bag, which I then slide into a regional rate a box. Just because it's in an envelope doesn't mean it has to be rolled up. What size is that?

Yikes! It's safe to assume no positive feedback for the seller...

Looks like a pretty good deal to me. Probably a bit chinsy, but....at that price what would you expect.
