How much was the transaction for Dan?

Hey guys - I'm in need of some advice:

1. I mentioned this case earlier - the buyer purchased a sweater from me, and claimed that it had stains, threatening to leave negative feedback. My photos show no stains, so I politely asked her to provide me with photos.

2. She then told me that the stains were removed, but the sweater smells of perfume.

3. I told her that it may be the smell of it's previous surroundings and that no perfume was used/sprayed. I asked her for understanding, since the smell was not unpleasant. She agreed.

4. She then threatened to leave negative feedback and asked for money to clean the item.

5. Once again, I asked for photos. In addition, I told her she could return the sweater for a refund of the item price.

6. She says that the stains are not there anymore, so she can not provide photos. Then she threatened to leave negative feedback if I don't give her money.

7. She then left negative feedback.

8. She then opened a case ("item does not match description") and requested a full refund.

:fu: I reported her for feedback extortion previously.

Have little experience with this, but from what I understand from following the thread, this is pretty clear grounds for feedback extortion (and then removal).

What is this type of pocket called? On a vintage Burberry tweed. Pattern matching makes it hard to see, but it's the strangest type of patch pocket I've ever seen.

(note breast pocket too)

You're good, she claimed stains, had them removed...not in a same condition, no return, Feedback can be removed.

Seriously? What should I do with the case and how should i approach attempting to have the feedback removed? This is my first issue with Ebay buyers, and I'm not sure how Ebay would respond to this.

There isn't a special name when they have a flap like that? Also, the pocket is smaller than the patch by a half inch that goes around the entire pocket like a lip.

Envelope or mailbox pockets.

Does the feedback left by a buyer stay if I decide to accept the return for full refund?

Don't do anything until you call eBay. Call them right now.

Hey guys, I'd appreciate some advice about eBay Turbo Lister, if any of you use that. I just downloaded it to try it out (I've heard mixed things), and it won't let me upload my listing.. I keep getting an error message that says "Error - Failed to submit image(s)". When I go to edit the listing, all of my pictures are present and in their proper place. Is this a common problem? Thanks guys.

On another note, I cannot believe that buyer who called DanM's father... What the heck is wrong with that guy.

MUCH better ebay day today:  I finally made the PTO roundup.

$55.  I ended up just taking the return - not worth dealing with any further, ad I'd reported the issue to ebay customer service as well.  I'll add his username to the blocklist, once I find the link.
