I'm wearing my short-break urban slim chinos tomorrow with that front crease I was talking about. Tried them today after ironing, and I have to say, it makes all the difference! It dresses them up slightly, gives them a sharper sillouette, and gets rid of the swing at the ankle.

Another one for my want list. I can hardly believe this myself, but, believe it or not, I want a decent cricket sweater. Maybe the Crew will come out with one late summer/early fall 2013?

Went to the Columbus Circle Store - they have a wall full of sale items. Picked up a shirt (The Holiday Red one) and acorn cords in vintage slim for $18 each. Total for both? $35.99. Going to go to the 14th Street one tomorrow.

 

Everything 40% off, final sale, and cheaper than online.

OK, I'm pissed at my local store manager if he didn't tell me about this when I was in Monday. I'm going back tomorrow and by God if there's a 40 percent sale, there will be hell to pay. Or at least another 10 percent off my Monday purchase.

I'd like one as well. I've seen nice ones from Brooks Brothers, but they don't make them my size (XS).

Correct. All of my chinos are from Epaulet, the cut and quality is great.

The boots are Tricker's 2 tone, part of a group order.

You get what you pay for with denim jackets.  Levi's makes several different ranges, some cheaper some more expensive (LVC, Made and Crafted) If its going to be an occasional wear then take that into consideration, if you're going to live in it, then start looking at some higher-end ones.

IIRC the Americana store in Glendale, CA was 40% off final sale when I was in there last night. Not too much available, though. Mostly casual shirts (a single Thomas Mason, but sadly not my size) and shorts, with a small mix of some other stuff.

Wow, didn't know there were SF locals! That's basically my backyard. You may have a better luck at the Grove since they have a men's store now.
