anyone know the sizing for the j.crew slim urban chinos?
they are vanity but what would be a true 34" waist?

Probably closer to a tagged 33.

J. Crew sizing is pretty all over the place. I have a 33.5" waist, but take a 30 in their jeans.

my tagged 31" chinos measure 16.5 laying flat
so probably a 32 will measure 17.

Anybody here live near/goes to the distribution centre?  Looking for the Turner leather jacket from a few years ago (the belstaff brad ripoff) in size small.  If anybody has one or can check their warehouse sales, pm me.  Thanks.

Does anone here have experience with their New Balance shoes? I have a pair of the New Balance 574s but they are very large and bulky shoes and I want to know if they J.Crew collabs are more low profile and sleeker. Also what is the sizing, TTS or size down? Thanks.

i've tried on the 998 and 1400 in store, and have owned 574s in the past. i would go TTS for their 998 model, but consider going down 1/2 a size in their 1400 model.

I just bought the urban slim chinos in 32 waist. They measure 16.5" with the waist unalligned. They fit me just about perfect. For reference i wear the same size waist in APC NS and 3sixteen SL100x

You're going to get some variance, sometimes considerable, just like you get with Levi's. jcrew is no exception, and I speak from personal experience where I picked the best fit of three in the "same size".

 

That said, I'm a 33 and the 33 I bought fits comfortably loose.
