I had Foster, but was relying on Morrison (injured) and Captain Lukaku on the understanding that Long was injured...

You were unlucky, I can't imagine Lukaku not scoring if he had started. With Long back and playing well alongside Odemwingie, Lukaku is a risky choice for the fantasy league.

I am not really happy with my forwards (injured Ba, off-form Podolski and Berbatov). But don't know what to do with them so more likely fiddle around with some midfield transfer.

As long as you don't aim higher than upper mid-table, you are warmly welcome!!!

After Saturday's games I am 7th in Hong Kong and 1,725th in the World. Never experienced such thin and rarefied air before. biggrin.gif

You really are flying.

I seem to be doing okay in UEFA's UCL game where I'm putting minimal thought into it, and rather mediocre in this one where I'm carefully considering my moves...

Can't believe I am still hanging on to the lead, I have made some weak captain's choices lately. Anyway, thanks Demba Ba and Michu for saving what would otherwise have been a bad bad week.

Ba, Michu and Defoe made for a pretty good week for me! Steadily climbing the table.

I got id of Ba two weeks ago - beginning to regret it... Last weeks move of Mata to Walcott wasn't the wisest either shog[1].gif

Which is your team, Aleks?

Very hard to get those transfers right! It is seldom right to go for the in-form player and it is dangerous to move out an underperformer. smile.gif

Epically challenged

You and MoK are hanging in some upper midtable no-one's land there... more than 100 points off the pace makes the rest of the season very tough. Still, a few astute captain picks can change a lot. Good luck!

After this Satiurday:
24 points from Michu as captain.
1st in Stylish Gentlemen, 11th in Hong Kong, 1,564 of 2.5 million in this world.
I accept it.
