As for the fit guide, what would be helpful to include? We recently revamped our fit guide, but I'd love to know where you feel it is lacking and what we can do to improve. We want the process to be as easy as possible. Thanks!

Best,
Mel

Hi Mel,

A fit guide for shirting need include the following:

Neck
Chest
Waist
Across the back
Length

Since you have two cuts it's critical to to include the chest and waist measurements as, presumably, those are the only two measurements that differ between the two options. It's also helpful to include a graphic illustrating from where on your shirts you take your measurements. Gustin does a good job of this:

I am really interested in purchasing several Ledbury shirts but the patterns I want are out of stock. When is your usual turnaround time to restock?

I agree. Another vote for 15.5 / 35 slim. 34 is too small. Until then I can't wear them. Shame because the shirts are fabulous.

It looks like on some of the more popular fabrics they've expanded into 16 / 16.5 with 36 and 37 sleeves. Hopefully the 15's get the same treatment.

They should think about maybe even made to measure options with these fabrics....that would be incredible. It certainly would help with inventory and even more since they do everything online with no brick and mortar shop. Proper Cloth based out of NYC comes pretty close with fabrics they use (Mason, Canclini, Albini) and they're based solely online as well.

Did the you sign up for notification when the the shirt is back in stock? My experience is it seems to vary but normally 2-3 weeks.

FYI, for all that want to try a shirt, but don't like the price point, Gilt City is featuring Ledbury and is offering a $145 merchandise credit for $75 bucks. If you are new to Gilt, you get 25% off for being a new member.

$56.25 for a new Ledbury shirt. Not too bad.

Does Ledbury offer free returns for sale items?

I've read their return policy (http://www.ledbury.com/returns), but didn't see any specifics regarding sale items.

Has anyone tried their blazers? There are some fabrics that interest me, but I am worried about the button stance (looks pretty high) and length (seems short). If anyone can comment on the fit I would appreciate it.

My post #401 above has expired, but I don't know how to delete or edit it so it no longer shows.  Maybe a mod or admin can help?

Current promotion: If you create a new customer account (w/the link below), Ledbury will give you $25 to use towards a purchase of $115:  http://bitly.com/Ledbury_Get25Dollars_Free      :)

There is no expiration on this as far as I'm aware.
