Ledbury - Official Affiliate Thread

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to take a second to introduce Ledbury (www.ledbury.com).  We are just starting our affiliate thread and we are excited about being part of the community.

As a little background we are a ready-to-wear shirtmaker based in Richmond, Virginia.  We started the business after living 5 years in London, the last of which was spent working under a Jermyn Street tailor.   Our goal was to start an American shirtmaker whose primary focus was delivering great fit and really superb quality. 

Our fabrics are sourced from Italian-mills (Monti, Albini, Canclini, Luggiuno, Thomas Mason) and our shirts are made in a small European factory.  We are pretty obsessed with unique fabrics, new patterns and cuts and we will release nearly 200 styles this year that are available website (www.ledbury.com) or in our Richmond store.

We love feedback and are excited to hear from the Style Forum members.  To kick things off we thought that we would have Style Forum members help us design one of our upcoming Short Run Shirting Collections.

We will circle back soon with more details, but in the meantime, below are a handful of photos of our newest releases.

Great site, and the shirts look very sharp.

We do have a showroom in Richmond. We're downtown at 117 S. 14th St, located in the same building as LaDiff. We are in the office M-F, 9-5.

At this time, we do not offer any MTM, but are exploring our options for inventory expansion. Our shirts are manufactured in Poland, but all fabrics are Italian-woven and all design happens in our Richmond showroom.

Hi Wes, Thanks for asking. We do pay attention to pattern matching and try to ensure each shirt successfully lines up at the placket, collar, shoulder/sleeves, back yoke, cuffs and gauntlets.

Hi there,

Thanks very much for the kind words about our brand. We have tried a few red ginghams in the past, one Red Parker Gingham with a button down collar and one Burgundy Parker Gingham with a spread in a previous short run collection (images below). We are potentially bringing back the Burgundy Parker to the Core Collection.

We will definitely look into red patterns when choosing short run fabric swatches for the SF collaboration. Thanks for the feedback! Looking forward to future development of the short run collab.
