This is the only example, that I'm aware of, of this jacket in their navy Shakespeare cotton. Never worn. I'm rubbish at measuring, but it looks to be 30.5" collar to bottom and 23" across the chest. It's in a sort of chino cotton material. £85 with postage at cost.
