I know we have an extensive EG thread around here, but I can't seem to find it. I have a friend who's going to London this wknd and I'd like to pick out one shoe. I like the non-kiltie chestnut loafers, all of the monks, and the lighter suede derby.

I bought a pair of Greens 10 years ago on the 202 last at 9.5/10. It was a bad experience. Too tight. Had to sell them.

I have wide feet- E in A-E. D in Alden. Width fine in Vass.

Pic for Kev of the 6.5 section. This was taken around 5:30pm

OK, I had a look last night.

Fairly disappointing to be honest for me. Nothing earth shattering in my size 10.5/11
Most of it appeared to be what they had in the sale in Jermyn Street last week with a few extra quid knocked off.

The selection was probably better for any dwarves with small feet

I didn't have to queue, or chase off any riff raff with my Purdey!

Might go back again on Saturday to see if they have restocked but I'm not holding my breath. A trip to Northampton may be more productive!!
Oh and it 5 pairs per pleb!

I wasn't interested in the Drakes stuff. They had a few ties, vile checked shirts and jumpers, but they are still overpriced

Agree with you on the prices. I grabbed two pairs of Galway boots for £990; they were both perfect stock and I had to have them. Not too sure if that's a good deal biggrin.gif

Just got back. Picked up a Dover in Scotchgrain on a Dainite sole. Still some nice stuff available.

I grabbed a navy Drake's 100% Cashmere V-Neck (made in Scotland) in size 38 for £120 (from £285) SOLD. It's a little small so if anyone wants it at cost - drop me a PM
