Seriously. It just makes no sense. But then again, this kinda thing happens all the time on eBay. Especially in electronics. Tons of people will pay 5% less than new retail for a used camera. I do not understand it at all.

But congrats to Spoo--nothing wrong with profiting from the other end of that transaction!

its cuz the person wanted the tie, and could not find it elsewhere. as spoo said, with the bay, its worth what people will pay.

Is that tie made anymore? I could see a tie like that, in cashmere, being at the end of the run and you might just never see it again. It's close to being one of a kind if this is the case and could/should command a pretty penny.
