Damn spoo - pics of the shoes came out fantastic. Those Shelton's are blooming like crazy. For any of you wondering the 2 Allen Edmonds shell shoes were ordered from the first shell cordovan trunk show. Just didn't have an opportunity to get them into the rotation. Someone give them a good home.

Speciale is great, but I like mine topless.

What are your thoughts on the 488? I kind of don't like it much, but can be persuaded.

Speciale is a 458 on a steroid-induced rampage. And FYI it comes as a spider too but very rare.

488 drives great but to my ear it doesn't have the roar you'd expect from a Ferrari. Perhaps they'll tweak this though...its still new to the market. In terms of looks...there is no mistaking that its a Ferrari.

458 is fast. 488 is faster. They're solid track cars. But I still like the F430 on the backroads on an early Sunday morning.

I also think the F430 is probably the last Ferrari where you'd want a manual transmission. From the 458 onward the cars are so fast and shift so fast that it doesn't make sense to have a stick...you're better off with the F1 transmission and paddles.

Yessir. I nearly bought one on consignment on a vacation a few months back. Glad I didn't because I have no business dropping that kind of coin on a jacket.. but I'm still on the hunt.
