Ah SC is a little big for me in some spots. Someone who is around 6'2 could make out very nicely.

6'2?

I am 5'10" and the vast majority of my coats are 31" BOC.....

The only thing i am not sure about is 3 vents? What is that?

31" and 5'10 seems like the maximum length of acceptable to me. Hard to fully visualize. But if it works, great.

I have always bought 42R.... I have one suit that is a bit shorter in the jacket(28.5) but it feels much too short. I sadly have a large ass. take a bit of material to cover it :)
