Non-boot for an "all-round" shoe, i.e. a shoe you can wear both in a formal setting and in less formal settings. These boots (and boots in general) are not a good choice for formal wear. Neither are these boots good for casual settings because they don't look good (but if you like them, wear them.. just don't use them for formal occasions).

Do you want dark brown or black shoes? Black is more formal, but brown is the better all-round choice, imo.
