Chara. Really?

So that's why Hamrlik was waived...

This is painful to watch, and I'm not even a NY fan... B's in clear control here. As long as Rask doesn't give up another epic softie I think this is the end of the road for the rags.

As much as I think Tortarella is to blame...Sather should go as well. For Christ's Sake, the Nash trade killed us, but was because we needed more scoring. So we traded a big time scorer to get back what we lost in the Nash trade which essentially puts us back to where we were when we needed scoring. Did I mention we need scoring? Rangers have one more year for me to make it happen (Islanders moving to Brooklyn in 2014-2015)

Man I was on vacation out of the country for ten days so I've missed almost all of this second round. So Vokoun is still playing for the Pens? Nice to see MAF ride the pine although I hate the Penguins and wish they'd put him back in....

Seems the West is keeping interesting. I got home yesterday afternoon and was so exhausted from 20 hours of travel home I fell asleep at 7pm. frown.gif

the LA/Sharks series looks exhausting, but it's been fun to watch. I'm rooting for LA tonight and for the rest of the post season should tonight go well for them.

I want LA to win because any possibility of another SJ DET series makes me want to throw up. Although... I want SJ to win because I like seeing the last Cup champs get bounced and tbh SJ has been one of the best teams with nothing to show for it in the last while.

Glad that wings and hawks are going to 7. Two game sevens in a row... nod[1].gif

Yikes...I can see NYI making a push, going into their new building...with lots of cap space.

Looks like I was wrong on that whole Torts thing

I'd love to have him back on the TSN panel. nod[1].gif

Now, AV to the Rangers.

Unfortunately its the only one in the city that has decent hockey coverage. Says a lot about the kind of people who follow the sport in our region.

Oops, mis-understood a tweet. It said AV was on the shortlist for NY before Rangers hired Trottier back then. My mistake.
