Just got theses puppies on sale today. I put some better pictures up. I think it is the way the shoe is cut that it looks big on my feet.

The leg opening is not proportional to the size of those shoes.
I also feel that cuffs and a large leg opening will be needed to balance those big boys.

I'm 5'10" with size 9.5. Its the way the shoes are cut though, they are narrow and long. However a smaller size is too tight one me. But I agree that they look large on me.

I was actually looking at those in the dark brown or a pair do AE strands in walnut. Not sure which I am getting yet. I don't know much about to boot.

Don't do it. The shape on those is all wrong. Waaaaaayyyyyyyy to long in the toes.

Yet in the narrow side, in my opinion, but there may be some lens distortion making the shoes to look bigger than in real life. I would try 1" wider with cuffs.
