An undershirt that stays tucked would have to be a slim fit & stretch.

The grey color will show less through white shirts or other light colored shirts than white.

I just picked up a few of these yesterday and am wearing one today. I like that they offer a "flesh-colored" version instead of just plain white. It seems to be working pretty well, though I will know more after the walk to the bus terminal. The only thing I don't like is that they have to be washed on the gentle cycle and air dry.

It should..easy peasy, no need for fancy undershirts.

Hope it continues to work out for you. They're more durable than the label gives them credit for. I usually send them out to my laundry guy and they come back fine.

At $38 a pack they may seem to be pricy, but I've been wearing them for a past couple of years and let me tell you one thing:  Complaints about the price cease to exist after I take a 6 hour plane ride. These guys stay tucked in and are close to your body w/o that "spanx for men" looks.  I've thrown them into machine wash on a gentle cycle and so far I've had no problems.

It is miraculous that a simple change -- a different fabric + longer cut -- can command such a price premium, but kudos to the company. Well done. (I am not affiliated with Tommy John Wear.)
