Grazie! But I think only non-patch breast pockets are referred to as "barchettas"? I've always heard patch pockets referred to in Italian as "tasche a toppa" - never as barchettas. But it's possible that barchetta can refer to both. Perhaps someone more informed can weigh in on this.

i had the same treatment after chatting to señor Marinella for a while he handed a me a pocket square as a gift. A very nice gesture that I was expecting at all.
