Belts. I'm making a statement, and that statement is, "My pants fit properly."

I see the denim jacket a lot on women but it's not my cup of tea .

Just stay away from the ones with giant eagles or wolves embroidered on the back! Wearing one on a bike breaks them in pretty quickly also, especially if you take a digger & get some road rash.

Brooks Brothers still has the original old school "Made in the USA" Levis jean jacket.. you can get either the washed or unwashed version.. they're $200 but they have them on sale at times for $99... like right now.. during the sale, sizes are limited in stores but you can also buy online..

Any denim that is not lightweight (featherweight in summer). I was brought up on the heavy selvage junk made on the small looms and it's heavy and uncomfortable.

plaid shorts
3/4 shorts (so ugly)
shirts with huge spread collars
clothes with big logos (lacoste for exemple)

So you don't own a t-shirt of any kind nor a polo? What do you do when it's >80 degrees and you just need to run an errand?

Perhaps it never gets above 80 degrees F in Montreal? That's Canada, can be a rather cold place isn't it? He also lists that he doesn't wear shorts, sandals/flip-flops or any kind of surfing clothes. AFAIK there's no surfing in Quebec province. No need for any kind of surfing gear in Inner Mongolia either, it's landlocked.

I don't wear:

- french cuffs
- full brogues
- wingtips
- paisley ties
- double breasted suits
- suede shoes
- anything with a large or flashy logo
- flip flops
- leather jackets

Eh, there's a lot more but they're all pretty obvious ones like denim shorts etc.

I'm starting to re-think paisley ties and double breasted suits.

Nah. It was the default one when I signed up. I don't really care about avatars but I see what you did there.

Non formal pants.

Specifically, I only wear trousers with a shirt and tie for work 4 days a week.

Friday is casual and I wear shorts and T-shirt as I do every other moment of my life, that isn't 9-5 Mon-Thur

Funnily enough I wear pyjamas to bed that are full length pants and top.

So you have to wear a tie Mon-Thurs, but you wear shorts on Friday? You may be taking "casual Friday" to the extreme.

I never wear short sleeves either. For me, if it's that kind of heat, it's also sunny enough that I'll blister & peel without serious SPF coverage. Panama and sleeves are in order.

I'm *really* pale
