Luxire Custom Clothing - Official Affiliate Thread - Page 396

Received a dress shirt in Sky Blue Hairline Stripes and Luxire did a commendable job yet again.  That is about 13-15 shirts now.  I have only had one issue with an improper measurement of the cuff and length which they acknowledged and subsequently fixed.

I am just putting together my first order of dress pants (replicated).  Anyone have any nice little details they have added or liked on their pants which people wouldn't be aware of?

^ are you getting cuffs on your trouser order with Luxire? If so, they will be made with a hidden button on the turn-up, rather than a stitched up seam, unless you specify otherwise. I'm not too picky about that, but on my next order I may specify just a regular stitched cuff

He'll decide which one he goes for, though I'd go with Luxire.

I guess Club Monaco is quite cheap. Where I live in Norway, the best fitting peacoat is like 70% ull, 30% poly and costs more than even the Dugdale 25 oz, and the store only carries it in black. :/

Very nice indeed.

Not sure how versatile they are but they look good in that outfit and looks like luxire nailed the fit.

Those look great. I don't have a swatch for the bronze twill, but I do have both a swatch and a pair made up in the copper twill. You don't by chance have a pair in the copper twill as well, and if so, can you compare them? It's one thing to have a swatch (I will probably get one for the bronze next order), but it's a whole other thing to see the entire garment. My concern about the bronze was that it might be too dark, but your pics and your comment on their versatility got me thinking I might need a pair myself.

copper in the middle, bronze is second from right. The others are cream, tan and navy twill chino.

This is a super-helpful pic. I already have some chinos (non-Luxire) in a very similar colour to copper. Now - assuming my initial Luxire trousers work out - I'm thinking about getting the cream, the bronze and maybe a better-fitting copper pair.

Which one is the heaviest? I just got the light tan twill, and the pants don't drape very well, IMO.

Would love to see pics of this shirt. I'm thinking about making my first Luxire order and will probably go with a light blue hairline or pencil stripe. It's kind of hard to get a sense for the scale of the stripes and how they will look on a shirt solely from the sample pics on Luxire's site. Anyone have recommendations and/or pics for hairline/pencil stripe fabric?

Thank you for the picture, it is very helpful. Between my swatch for the tan, owning a pair in copper, and your pic I see I will probably have to add bronze twill to the list.
