1. How thick is this material Khaki Heavy Twill ?

The khaki heavy twill is a medium-heavy twill fabric.

It has a nice and soft feel and is ideal for summer wear. I would be a perfect match to the fabric you are looking for in the images.

Arg I looked around on the website but had no luck finding it.  Obviously...I'm an idiot.

So the free shipping....seems like this is a pretty darn good deal, from where I'm sittin.  I see many patterns in stock that I've visualized but never found at other retailers.

Also, I have a heck of a time finding pants (trousers for the sophisticated honkeys) that fit the way I want them.  The idea of sending them a pair and having them copy the measurements is awesome.

Does anyone have any experience with the Alumo White Poplin 2/120? I ordered a shirt in it and the fabric seems to be a twill weave, not a poplin. It doesn't feel like any Alumo I've handled too.

I'm guessing I might have gotten the "Lustrous Fine White" instead. I can always upload macro shots if it helps.

I have to say I'm generally happy with my latest order, though. They made and shipped my shirts amazingly quickly and my requests were attended to properly and all measurements are spot on. It's only the fabric that's a bit of a concern, but I'm looking to place another order sometime soon.

Just measure the knee from a existing pants that fits you well.

Not a problem, but I'm not sure how far down from the crotch to measure (ie 18'' down, 19'', etc...)

In the interim, you can measure the knee at the point you think it makes sense and add that added information to the notes like" "Knee was measured 18 inch above the ankle opening"

Same goes for any other measurements or instructions have are not very clear.
