Just email Therese and ask her if she can check in to it. Have you done that yet?

I ordered a linen shirt a few months ago and after about 10 days, I asked for an update and she told me it was out of stock. Weird but it happens. Maybe something similar to you.

Just received my first pair of chinos from Luxire.
Ordered: May 18
Shipped: July 15
Received: July 17
Haven't checked measurements yet, but quality (Navy Twill) and fit are superb.

Was that the normal Navy Twill chino or the summer weight? I want to know how weight is for both? Is the normal (250g) light enough for the summer? Is the summer (160g) too light that it wrinkles and doesn't drape properly? Some recent posts mention that the off white twill had these issues with the addition of being see through.

Should the bottom width be as wide as the chest? All my RTW-shirts are like that.

I emailed her today, haven't heard back yet. I'd be pretty bummed if they sat on my order for 3 weeks before telling me it's out of stock!

The bottom width on all my MTM shirts is narrower than the chest measurement by roughly 2 inches....maybe slightly less.

depends on your body. I got a fat ass, so my bottom measures the same as my chest.

Just a thought on word usage: we're really doing an online bespoke through Luxire, not made to measure. This does differentiate Luxire from a lot of others in the field.

Yes, I ordered my first pair in this fabric.

The colour is a dark olive.

I'm not keen on it to be honest, it is smooth and has a slight sheen, feels a bit paper-y.  Will be going for the Dugdale stuff in the future.

Hi, thank you for all your replies...

yes, i did take body measurements. And yes, Luxire told me that they are using an algorithm to add inches to the customer's measurements. I think I could gain 60 pounds and the shirt would still be way to wide at the waist...even the sleeves are longer (about 1 inch) than my measurements...why in the world would Luxire adjust the sleeve measurements? So in my opinion the shirt was made incorrectly and I tried to contact the luxire customer service...and now they are saying that i have to pay for shipping the shirt back to India and then back again to my country...maybe I should measure and tweak an existing shirt but nevertheless I think Luxire's behaviour is not okay in this case.

Not dismissing your point, but given your registration date and post count it would help your credibility greatly if you were to post pictures of you wearing the shirt...

I ordered a linen shirt with some tweaked measurements and a NOBD collar. the biggest change (per theresa) was shifting the armhole seam an inch forward.
