There has been a change to our quality policy from today:
There have been strong debates on our quality policy in events where we have made an error.
Based on feedback received, we will now allow the customer to send back any item with any error made by Luxire to our NJ office instead of sending to India (US/Canada customers). Europe customers can ask for a return shipping label at a nominal cost. From other countries, the item should be shipped to India.
These customers will also not be required to pay for return shipping. We will make the required change and ship the item back to the customer. We pay for shipping.
But, for changes to items made to specification, the customer will need to ship it to India and pay return shipping. We will also levy a small charge for the alteration, based on the changes required.
If there are Luxire errors AND if the customer requires changes to aspects that were made correctly, the customer will need to ship to India and pay return shipping. The changes will be free.
We still think that the older policy was better, but, we think the current one is fair too.
