Thanks, I've emailed them 3 days ago so regardless of the time, I feel any response - even just thank for your email we'll respond with 24 hours - would be reasonable.

As for the delivery guarantee, that's fine and understandable but if they can't meet the deadline or guarantee, I'll need to cancel the order ASAP as I'll be in Japan for 3 months so it's imperative that I get in touch with them ASAP. I just have some very basic questions that need to be addressed and a very tight window of time. I've sent 3 email so far (1 per day) and if I don't get a response by Monday, I'll need to cancel the order. I feel that any clothing maker offering MTM or custom services ought to have a direct telephone number to contact.

Ever heard of the word 'weekend'? Do you expect businesses to operate 7 days a week 24 hours? Just chill out dude! If you don't have patience don't order!

You can ask Theresa to change the shipping address to your Japanese address. I have done it without any problems.

It wasn't the weekend when I first contacted them on Wednesday.

Thanks but I'll be travelling week-to-week amongst 15 different cities and hotels so it's not something I want to have to worry about.

I think given your tight timeline you are better off canceling if you haven't heard back by Monday evening. I would send one more email Sunday evening and roll the dice. If no response you are better of trying again at a later date under less time stringent circumstances.

Wearing grey pique cotton long-sleeve polo today
Hey your polo looks great, ammanti! Could I trouble you for the details of your order? Did you just use Luxire's standard BD collar? Any fusing/interlining? It looks like it's got quite a high collar band...

And finally got a response -

"The order is in production. The changes were incorporated too.

You should have it well in time."

All good! Looking forward to receiving this first order from them. :)

This polo shirt is indeed great. The collar is Luxire BD but they made some adjustments to the collar band so that it sits nicely under the jacket. There is some fusing or interlining in the collar band but I am not quite sure as I only described it that way and let Luxire figure out the way to do that.
The collar band height is 1.5in. Order number is #8073. Please note that I was ordering more than 1 item so remember to mention Long Sleeve Polo Shirt in Grey Pique Cotton.
Shirt is now being washed so I will be able to take some shots probably next weekend

Also known as the CruzCollar
2122.png
, the culmination of years of experimentation which ultimately yielded the perfect collar for wearing open in full-on Tom Ford gigolo style.

Chest hair is the new necktie.

@CruzAzul

Do you have any pics of the "CruzCollar" in action? I'm really curious how those dimensions turned out, considering this or similar for my next order
