Small is also available, which we do not have. Again, can be ordered on request.

Made it easy. Can be ordered here. A small premium added as we will need to order smaller shipments from the UK which will add to our shipping costs. The coupon will still work, making it a great deal even then.

Is anyone else just having an incredibly difficult time getting in touch with customer support?  I'm going weeks without responses, even with multiple follow-ups.  I really want to put in an order for some linen, but need to hear from Luxire first.

It's been fine for me, had to make a last minute change to one of my shirt orders, but that was acknowledged within 24 hours...

Do send me a PM. Will take a look.

Customer service is our current focus. The team and process is going through a transformation. Over the last year or so, we tried a few things that worked initially but ended up needing changes. We are using the learning in the new process creation. Hopeful it will work.

That's great thanks!

On a completely unrelated matter, is it possible to make shirts with the Brisbane canvas currently only available for trousers? Id love to have more beefy canvas workshirts Thanks @luxire

Thanks, colors look good but sceptical of the 30% nylon. Will consider adding to my next order.

Separately, can you get your hands on undyed loomstate denim? Looking for a lightweight denim option for the summer in a natural color.

We do have undyed canvas, which will make a similar product. In fact, we do have a couple of designs in production which we will be adding to our offerings.

Undyed jeans are also available at times from our suppliers. Will source some next time I see them.

I had not heard of loom state denim until now, looking forward to hearing more once you source some.

I may be shot for saying this, but, loomstate is nothing but "as it comes out of the loom". That is woven and no post weaving processing. Which is not much different than raw.

Can be woven with dyed yarns or undyed yarns or mix. The one in the image is visibly undyed yarn.

Had recently seen heavy undyed denim, made on an old solitary wooden shuttle loom. Looked very appealing.

We bought a little and dyed them in the military green color for a particular project.  Let me try and share an image.

There is so much interesting stuff people around us do. Small entrepreneurs doing what they love to do. The challenge is often of packaging it and bring it to market. These posts are inspirations.

What have I done wrong with my collar customisations? (The photo is with the stays in)

To me, it looks like you want some fusing, or at least heavier interlining!

Alternatively, nothing.  But yeah, if you're not liking it, then probably that ^.
