Tempted to try this MTM operation, as free shipping to Canada sounds great. Anyone get hit with duty on arrival?

Ordered a button-down with unlined collar in the blue/white pencil stripe oxford about a week ago, looking forward to checking out the finished article!

Really impressed with your thread. Will order a shirt on merit alone.

I left a special order today, will write down a line or two once it arrives. I decided to have the whole shirt made of marcella, I've already one by Borrelli. Leave it to the Italians to come up with something delightfully eccentric.

I ordered 1 shirt the first time and then 6 the second.

No duties or GST/HST charges at all.

So after umm-ing and ahh-ing, I'm about to put my measurements through for my first ever MTM!

Could I ask what your turnaround time is roughly averaging at the moment? I'm in Australia. Is it still the case (as you mentioned a few pages back) that monogramming is done outside the premises so may delay how long the shirt takes? I think it'd be a great touch for my first one but obviously not if it slows down the shirt :)

Also, just in case I've missed it, is there a discount code for SF members?

Thanks!

Is it extra for the monogrammed gussets?

We had been slow lately and some orders took 3 weeks to fulfill. For new orders, the turnaround time currently is about 10 days.  We are shipping some shirts with hand-made monograms which are faster. Trying to bring in the consistency gradually.

We have a simple pricing structure. No discounts, no coupons and no gimmicks. Good quality and a good shopping experience is what we promise.

Ordered 10/27, delivery attempted yesterday, picked it up from FedEx on my way to work this morning. I haven't had a chance to check out the details of the shirt, but will investigate this evening. biggrin.gif

Yes. It's kinda hard to make out the pique front in that crappy picture.
