What did you not like about the fabric? I think it looks fantastic and I want one, but only as a morning robe to wear around the house.
Which fabric is it?

@luxire do you have some recommendations for fabrics that I could use for a morning robe?

Items like this is the reason why Luxire is such a unique company.

And I am still interested in more information on the knitwear.

We have waffle knit in white and navy. A white gown with navy piping is the first thing that comes to mind.

Cotton flannel options in different colors and patterns can be consifered

We also have jerseys in different weights in white, grey, navy which will make nice gowns.

The feedback on the first set has been encouraging. We also have merino options available now.  Will revert if we are reopening orders in the near future.

Which exact fabric is it? There are few of those white twills from Rubinelli. I quite like the Calliope B and Catuno BCO. Which one did you go for and how does it feel?

Definitely worth the price. In fact going forward all my dressier twill shirts will be from G&R. Smoother hand and softer feel out of the box than the lower priced twills.

Thanks, price looks very good. Does it feel thick? What would you say about the weight?

So, unfused with a light interlining or fused with a medium interlining, for example. The famous NOBD collars are lightly lined but unfused. I personally prefer my dress shirt collars with medium fusing. You can also specify to have different fusings for the band and collar, such as a lightly lined but unfused collar combined with a medium fused band to help it stand up (which is the basis of the broke and bespoke collar).

Hope that helped!

Thanks! What happens if you select the 'standard' one button barrel. Do they adapt the cuffs the same as the collar automatically (fused collar -> fused cuffs)?

I believe they will match the style, but I'm not positive. I've always specified.

Typically I like my oxfords unlined and unfused, my poplins lightly lined but unfused in the cuff, and my dress shirts medium fused on the cuff. However, others here would probably consider that heresy.

Anyone have the off white heavy linen? Anyone have an issue with the backside being too see through?

Need some fabric suggesetions.

I would love a light purple dress shirt with a small pattern. Something like this by monti, except it's sold out (if it's going to be restocked soon that'd be great too):

I'm also in the market for another blue shirt. I love extremely light blues, lighter than typical "sky" color. Does anyone have any suggestions for this as well? Both of these seem like decent options but I'd love suggestions.

Thanks guys!

I have it, and I don't find it see through.

I was searching through fabrics yesterday and was surprised to see the number of fabrics that are out of stock.  I ended up not ordering anything as everything I liked was out of stock.  @luxire is there a big restock coming?

We do have a very similar fabric, with a bit of a seersucker feel. If you send an email, we can send you images.

We are redoing the complete listings. Adding almost all items we have, thus removing what we do not.

Also, reviewing the out-of-stock items to see what needs to be bought again.

Any plans to add more cotton-linen?

I'm thinking about ordering pair of trousers but I have no idea which fabric to choose.

My needs are simple - I want light/white/cream lightweight summer chinos. Fabric which is capable to resist some wrinkles (I have some cotton chinos from Charles Tyrwhitt and they crease like a hell - they will crease while I put them on).

If anyone will have some advice which fabric to choose I would be really happy :)
