Update:
Move is now complete. We are trying to arrange the fabrics and put the office in place.

Many order status emails are still un-replied. Will do those this week.

Here are some pics from my last Luxire order: a shirt and a pair of pants.
Any comments on fit and how to improve it is greatly appreciated!

As more trousers I observe here, as more I am sure: Luxire has a problem with excess cloth in the crotch. Under some circumstances, maybe 20% of the pant's dont' have it. But in general I guess 80% here suffer from it. My last two pants do have it as well, while the trousers before didn't have it, though the trousers in the very beginning had it... I didn't change measurements and the pants look very different especially around the crotch. Imho it's a question of cut pattern, lining and differences in cloth (strength, stiffness). I just wanna point this issue to enable improvement here.

All looks pretty good to me, but what is with this wonky overlap on the waistband? I think I have this on every pair of Luxire trousers. I've never experienced this with RTW. It's as if the waistband is mis-angled so that the underlap rises above the overlap.

I've never noticed this on my trousers. Wouldn't it have to do with the ratio between the 'half hip' measurement and 'hip front' measurement, i.e. the crotch versus the seat? Could the bulk at the front be reduced by reducing the 'hip front' measurement?

Not sure...
I thought this at first, as well. But actually, I have pants with similar front/back ratios that don't bulge this way. I think the excess relates to a somehow improper cut pattern, or too much lining inside (or a to heavy seam inside). Whatever, I'm no tailor, but I just think that this is an obvious, but less discussed problem, that should be fixed.

I would say I have the same issue, not sure what to do to fix this though.

Can anyone lead me in the direction of the most casual choice of the white oxfords avaible? Also confused about choice of material for some olive chinos if anyone could point me in the right direction (again for casual wear, probably belongs more in SW&D, but figured I'd ask here as it is the Luxire thread after all). Any help appreciated :)

Did luxire get their person in place to advise on fixes via pictures? I believe that was posted as an employee-to-be-added a couple months ago

Luxire Denim Owners,

I'm looking for a denim color similar to the raw color of apc new standards. Based on the pics in this thread and on the luxire site, it appears that their "raw" color is a brighter blue? And that the dark indigo is closer to a more typical "raw" color? Is that right?

Also, I saw some have requested jeans be pre-soaked. Does Luxire charge extra for that? Did you find that it eliminated any shrinkage?

And after extended wear, did your jeans stretch at all?

Search the thread for raw or selvedge and you'll find my post regarding the matter. The pictures on the site are not accurate anymore. I expected the brighter blue on the site as raw, but instead got the traditional raw I think you refer to. I've only had some stretching at the knee. Also, I tried soaking it three times without it shrinking, so beware of that.

Yes, they gave me fit advice and it helped get rid of most of the bunching under the seat on my trousers. Email Luxire and they should respond with advice.
