You're certainly approaching things entirely the wrong way if you weren't trying to attack them :/
Why can't I show the mistakes they make without attacking them? There is no need to post only positive reactions on this threat.

One post saying you're not happy with your order and you're working with Luxire to resolve it would have sufficed, instead you made multiple posts for the purpose that can only be assumed to discredit them.

If they screwed up, let them make it right. If they don't make it right, make a lot of noise here. But until then, give them the benefit of the doubt.

If no one shows the mistakes made by Luxire, nobody knows.

Again: If they solve my problem I will write a good revieuw about them.

I'm pretty sure it's common courtesy to talk to Luxire privately about your complaints first, and if they can't fix it, you can let others know about the situation.

By doing this, you're already giving potential customers a bad impression of the company when Luxire hasn't even had a chance to discuss the problems privately with you.

Just email luxire or PM them, and tell us what the response is. Otherwise this is all useless.

Just a note, if you order through Paypal and forgot to create an account but want to track your order, use the reset password function using your paypal email address. It creates the account with your order in it after the fact.

How does the Warzone Plus White Oxford compare with the Warzone White Oxford? Which one have people preferred?

Just to note, he's measuring on the outside of the pants. If he measures on the inside (which makes more sense, because moleskin is a fairly thick fabric) then everything except for the inseam will be closer to his specified measurements.

Yeah I think the inconsistencies arrive because everyone measures slightly differently. There's no standard. It's no-one's fault. Luxire have their own way of doing it.

Trial and error is the only way to go with online MTM. It's not going to be perfect (in the sense that it matches the way you measured your clothes) the first time and expecting it to be so is ridiculous.

Funny how people expect premium service for a low price.

We are all adults here, we know there is no free lunch.

Luxire provides a very good product for the price. The trade off is they have a very weak return/remake policy and online MTM is an inexact business.

You have to deal with that trade offs.

Agreed, The prices are low enough that if there are mistakes (like i had) its not really that painful financially and helps you nail the next one.

They actually offered 50% off my remake if i wanted another pair.
