News: Our leather team is in place and will be starting work in about 2 weeks. We will be offering the complete range of leather products for men and gradually for ladies too.

To enable the same, we are moving to a different location, which is about 2 miles away from the current one.

We anticipated completing the move over the weekend, but, could not happen. Will take another 3-4 days to complete.

Will be back to normal order processing later this week.

Apologies for any inconvenience or delays.

Once your business will back to normal order processing at new location, then please add some pics of leather products. I am desperately waiting to watch your leather products.

Cross-post from tailor fit thread. If anyone has shirt or pants comments, please let me know. i'd like to finish nailing down the shirt (Luxire-made) so I can start really digging into my luxire shirt orders.

Re the pants, they're local bespoke-offshore, and I'd like to get the fit right, give the local place another go, then get them luxire-copied. I'd love to get the pants hanging cleanly from the seat.

Many thanks

It does look much better.  What did you change to help with the bunching?

Has anyone ordered a shirt in one of these? If so, any feedback ?

The top one says twill, but doesn't actually look like a twill weave.

This is the recommendation they gave me, so I copied and pasted this exactly into the notes on the order:

1. Decrease inseam at the back by 0.5"
2. Trim the back under the waistband to balance out the change in point 1 above to clean the issue.

The more I look at the pics, they're pretty good overall, just need to let out the waist and hips a bit, and probably the seat too. I'll change those on my next order, probably going to try the Luxire navy linen for my next pair.

I'd like to order some more trousers soon, but does anyone have any advice for cleaning up the seat and the crotch section? Sorry for making you look at my crotch and my butt!

What does that exactly do? I can't figure it out but I'm getting the feeling that I would be benefited by doing that too.

I think #1 actually just offsets the changes made in #2, so that the overall length of the pants stays the same after the changes are made. That's just speculation though, Luxire would have to comment on the exact details.

@Monkeyface check out the details I just posted over the past few days, I still don't really understand what Luxire did, but whatever it was it seemed to help.

Fit suggestions on Luxire MTM shirt #3? Here are my thoughts:

  • The biceps are wider than I would like, but I still feel tightness in the crook of my arm and elbow, when I pump my arm
  • When I raise my arms, bring them in front of me, or fold them, I feel tightness in the shoulders, biceps (I know), and elbow, and the sleeves pull back off my wrists by 1.25 inches.
  • I know that one has to choose between a slimmer fit and comfort, but any suggestions to help achieve a satisfactory synthesis of both would be helpful.
  • Chest is at 21 inches, waist is 18.5, bottom at 19.5, biceps 8.25, cuffs 7.5, neck at 15.25, yolk at 18.25 with outside shoulder seam measurements at 5.5 on both shoulders, a 0.5 inch shorter back waist than front,  and sleeves are at 37 inches. How much should I increase these measurements, especially the waist, bottom, and sleeves? I was thinking +0.5 waist, +0.5 bottom, and +0.25-0.5 sleeves, thoughts on these and the others?
    • Current height: 6"2, weight: 169 lbs. The waist, and to a lesser extent the chest, are the only two measurements that would be altered by continued weight loss.

Thank you, I'll look into it!

Something I have noticed is when I tilt my hips backwards, mimicking an anterior pelvic tilt, the creases and wrinkles in the back disappear. I do hip flexor stretches after every workout, so I do not suffer as much from the anterior pelvic tilt that affects the general population. Do you think the default Luxire pattern would be for people with at least some tilt?

That's an interesting thought, maybe Luxire does factor that in. I've been working on stretching my hip flexors more, with foam rolling and other stretches, but I sit so much at my office every day so it's not helping to really make a noticeable difference yet. In any case, Luxire did hire someone specifically to look at pictures and give fit advice for changes to make on your next garment, so you can always email them and they can give you good personal feedback to your situation.

@SirJamesWinston I think that shirt looks pretty great as is, honestly I don't think you need to really change anything at all.

I'm pretty sure I have the middle two, IIRC. They're both OK, but neither is my favourite white from Luxire. I actually prefer teh unbranded Ivory White Broadcloth, though it has the faintest of sheens (and therefore formality) that some may not like.
