**UPDATED** AFTER PICS Old/Vintage Florsheim longwings?

I picked these up at a Value Village thrift shop today. Can anyone identify what year these were manufactured in? I realize the numbers on the black pair are quite faded and unreadable... Any help is appreciated!

apologies for the bump- my post was in moderation for a bit. I was hoping for some feedback.

My guess would be 1970's. If memory serves,1960's would have more nails in the heel and 1980's dropped the V-Cleat altogether.

Thanks Man of Lint. The brown pair doesnt seem to have any nails at all while the black pair have several.

And the V cleat definitely makes it difficult walking across tile floors...

The green thread decal indicates quality from the 70s. No man made material.

You are welcome and thanks to Meister for pointing out the green stitching which I failed to mention earlier.
Yes the V-Cleat heels are also referred to as 'Suicide Heels'. Other companies of that era also installed the V-Cleats (example- Nettleton, etc) You definitely have to be aware of how you walk in those so be very careful if this is a new experience for you. Office building lobbies, banks, schools, etc. with polished (marble or terrazzo) flooring will be the biggest challenges with sidewalks coming in at a close second. Avoid wet, icy or otherwise slippery surfaces. Post some 'After' photos when you get them cleaned up and shoe trees in them.

As promised here's a few after pics. I did take several before pics... they were unintentionally deleted. Regardless you can get the idea of how they turned out. Thanks again to Christian B  for the assistance with the product and technique.
