I have a friend who does not work out at all, plays soccer, stays lean, eats whatever he wants. He stays under 7% year round and drops to an unhealthy 5% during the season (I say unhealthy because I feel that teathers on competition bf% of 3..) Veins on lower abs and upper abs/chest. He's "lean" (think brad pitt lean) but he is not strong.Guess it's all what you train for..
