He told me that being over 50 the body loses a lot of elasticity (his words) and this has resulted in the muscle pain. Mind you I don't get the pain while exercising but tend to at night which is disrupting my sleep.
In particular he stated that I need to do yoga stretching exercises before doing the cardio and then at the end after weights. This is news to me as I have previously used a cross trainer at home 4-5 times a week for an hours for cardio, but only gotten into the weights since last July.
Anyone with similar experiences or advice about this? Thanks
