Here are the folks currently confirmed for the Thor boot as of 6/29, 10PM Pacific. We have 16 signed up. No new takers in the last couple of days, so I think this is it.

Called Kathy today regarding the two MTO make-ups and wouldn't you know it she's not working today. Monday I will call her & report back.

The last Whiskey Indy preorder didn't have deposit required, at least for me.
Just got voicemail and email with instruction to seal the deal.

Don't know if you've done business with Kathy before, but if she knows you then that's standard for her on a preorder. I think Alden DC is our best bet for both MTOs and they also ship international (or at least on the last MTO they did). Hopefully I have good news to report on Monday.

Was just looking at some shoe porn and it appears as though the original Thor boot does have that dove tail rubber heel thing that was mentioned a few pages back. I think you can see it in this pic. No?

Here's the deal…just talked to Kathy @ Alden DC about the #4 WT boot & the Thor boot (cigar perf cap toe boot) and Kathy will check with Alden about the possibility of these make-ups getting produced. As some may know the Alden factory closes yearly for the first two weeks of July and it's that time again. When the factory resumes production Kathy will then present both make-ups to Alden & will then contact me.

Kathy felt good about the chances of the Thor boot getting produced, but was unsure if Alden could source the #4 shell. I'm getting ahead of myself here and will let Kathy get the straight scoop from Alden in a few weeks.

What do I need? I will need your email addresses & shoe size for these make-ups. You can PM this info to me so IF we get the green light in a couple of weeks we will be ready to proceed.

No deposit will be required, but I do ask that everyone who proceeds is a serious buyer. Kathy WILL ship international.

Any questions?
