how do a gentlemen roll up his sleeves?

neatly rolled

or

alpha roll

i felt that rolling up sleeves neatly would make me look like a delicate and sissy person who spend much time caring and balancing my sleeves, they look so unnatural

Roll your sleeves to suit the situation.  Depends on what non-verbal message you wish to convey.

What is wrong with short sleeve shirts if one has to roll up long sleeves? I dont geddit shog[1].gif

A long sleeve shirt can be rolled up.  A short sleeve shirt cannot.  It's nice to have options.  Plus, I for one like the look of the rolled up sleeve.
