Fall/Winter 2012 marks the second season for
United Stock Dry Goods, a collection based on the collaborative efforts of Michael Cavaggioni and Sydney Mamane to fulfill their passion for quality garments and construction while maintaining an accessible price for the final consumer.
A reflection of their minimal and modern aesthetic with a nod to classic proportions and tailoring traditions, the collection has expanded to include outerwear, accessories, and shirting that builds on the foundations laid in their debut season. Anchored by
a navy and red plaid double-face fabric, the palette is clean, reflects a sense of history, and is saturated with colour that is at once both nostalgic and optimistic. And through modern technical advances in production, an obsession with fit continues to be refined.
All the raw denim fabric for United Stock Dry Goods is Japanese selvage and exported to the USA for final production. All shirting, outerwear, and accessories are made in Canada.
The combined efforts of Michael and Sydney result in a unique understanding of the men’s contemporary market and, above all, deliver a product with “honesty, quality, and integrity”.
…United.
United Stock Dry Goods will be
available in stores internationally for the Fall/Winter 2012 season. Pricing on all denim and shirting will range from $115 to $190.
