I should also add (because I just remembered) that I added a thin insole to them as they were a touch big.

Fall/Winter 2012 marks the second season for United Stock Dry Goods, a collection based on the collaborative efforts of Michael Cavaggioni and Sydney Mamane to fulfill their passion for quality garments and construction while maintaining an accessible price for the final consumer.

A reflection of their minimal and modern aesthetic with a nod to classic proportions and tailoring traditions, the collection has expanded to include outerwear, accessories, and shirting that builds on the foundations laid in their debut season. Anchored by a navy and red plaid double-face fabric, the palette is clean, reflects a sense of history, and is saturated with colour that is at once both nostalgic and optimistic. And through modern technical advances in production, an obsession with fit continues to be refined.

All the raw denim fabric for United Stock Dry Goods is Japanese selvage and exported to the USA for final production. All shirting, outerwear, and accessories are made in Canada.

The combined efforts of Michael and Sydney result in a unique understanding of the men’s contemporary market and, above all, deliver a product with “honesty, quality, and integrity”.

…United.

United Stock Dry Goods will be available in stores internationally for the Fall/Winter 2012 season. Pricing on all denim and shirting will range from $115 to $190.

Selected images, including our Fall/Winter 2012 lookbook, can be downloaded by clicking here.

Sorry I've been AWOL for the past couple of weeks -- been out west dealing with some family stuff. I just wanted to top the thread to remind you all of a few things:

The guys at Rawr Denim posted a review of the United Stock Dry Goods 12.5 oz indigo jeans today: http://www.rawrdenim.com/2012/09/review-united-stock-dry-goods-narrow-fit/

Quote:
...there are a few brands that are ubiquitous with the term “entry-level raw denim.” A.P.C., Nudies, Unbranded and Naked & Famous tend to be the major names in discussions of sub-$200 selvedge denim. Luckily, that category has a new contender - United Stock Dry Goods.

United Stock gave us the chance to sample a pair of the Canadian brand’s Narrow Fit from their upcoming fall line, and other brands have reason to worry. Featuring 12.5 oz. Japanese redline selvedge denim, construction in the U.S. of A., and a price tag of $135, United Stock Dry Goods is one of the biggest bangs for your buck in raw jeans today.
