I placed an order last Saturday 7/30 and it still hasn't shipped. Everything was in stock to be "shipped immediately".... sent messages through order email and an direct email to customer service were not responded to.... anyone else had an issues? TS has always been fast to shipped before this order.
@MSUSpartan send me your order # via DM & I can figure out exactly what happened... our logistics partner is still having a couple hiccups and i'm trying to sort through the root causes. I'm guessing this may be one of those issues. Man this has not been a fun time to catch back up with all my Styleforum folks. Good & bad, it's still better to have an outlet to see what's going on outside our HQ. No shortage of work to be had so if anybody is lookin for a job :) -- apologizes again.
