Actually Jenilee just retroactively (or really future-actively) applied it to my order, since I ordered it *when* a code should have been out.
Also, I'm working with Steven on tracking down where exactly my jacket is. I'm sure it'll turn up at some point, or that I'll just end up getting one from the restock. Shit happens, I'm not upset or anything. While the initial delay could have been avoided (it probably shouldn't have required me to reach out to point out that it hadn't been put out in the post for a full week), this current delay is USPS's fault and not yours. Just a really unfortunate piling on.
I'm at the point where I'm just sort of rolling along, figuring at some point someone will figure out what the heck is going on. Nothing I can do about it. TS customer support is of course top-notch, and that really does make up for almost anything else.
