Jacket for fishing/mountain trips

I need a lightweight jacket that will be used mainly for freshwater fishing combined with longer walking trips in the mountain. Shouldn't cost more than $60 preferably. Something like this:
350350

Any tips?

Problem is that the jacket I linked to cost around $250, I'm looking for something similar, but in a different price range. Any suggestions?

As an avid skier, I tend towards the "tech" side in jackets. That said, here's something from Mountain Hardware that could easily handle hiking and fishing.  $78 at 40% off, backcounry.com.

Are you looking for warmth, rain protection, or something that has the pockets & technical bells/whistles to accomadate fishing gear? Simms makes some nice (i.e. good) fisihng gear. These are each on sale for less than $60
