How Warm Are Sierra Designs Parkas?

Thinking of getting one but I'm wondering how warm they are -- the Light and Mountain models. Can anyone help give me an idea of how warm they are? What you would need to wear under them on say a 40 degree or 30 degree day? Anyone know if the vintage ones on eBay are warmer or less warm than the ones they're making nowadays?

Where do you live? Alaska? When they state that it's good down to 20F they mean if you're wearing a shirt and sweater underneath.

I don't see anywhere on their site where it lists a temperature grading for the 60/40 parkas. It says they're lined, but not with what material.
