Probably. The difference between Wright and Roy Johnson (the idiot architect whose shitty house you posted) is that Wright would never have an interior with such poorly resolved details and unnecessary structural members combined in such a tasteless geometric clusterfuck. That interior is a mess, and it looks like exactly what it is: a second rate architect trying to parrot the style of an unparalleled design virtuoso.
