Engineered Garments FW 2012 - Page 59

Is there a navy bedford in wool (not the denim wool) this season? I was under the impression that there is not but saw one listed for a short time at amrag.com. I am not sure whether it sold out quickly or was posted in error and removed.

Hey guys - I've got a like-new (worn once) Navy Whipcord Cruiser Parka/Jacket in size L for sale. On-the-rack condition, $500 shipped to US (retail = $575+). Open for offers if they're reasonable. Great piece but I need the cash. Will posts pics/thread shortly.

Shoulder hoodie is an excellent accessory piece for EG jackets without hoodies. Thanks RKD icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

past few weeks i got the herringbone padded vest, navy corduroy truman, and the lined bedford jersey grey homespun all in size small

the bedford is more fitted then the truman. the bedford right off the rack fits pretty great. the truman is slightly baggier in the lower body and slightly longer arms. not sure if ill try to alter since its arguably not worth it and the corduroy and lining make it bulkier anyway

love the vest. much less poofy then last year or year befores padded vest since this years is primaloft instead of down. the herringbone is a great feel and pattern for a hooded vest

this year i desperately wanted this style...

I've been trying for 3 years now and have only scored 1-3 piece suit and 1-2 piece suit, it's weird but outside jp theres very little interest in stocking the matching suits,,,,, I do hope Nepenthes opens a webstore soon and starts stocking more full suits in the future.

Thanks, that is helpful. The melton wool is pretty heavy, right? I may want something a bit lighter.

Does any other stockist have a lighter weight wool (I think the serge is lighter but could be wrong) or does anyone have a a medium Bedford from a previous season that they might be interested in selling?

The serge wool is definitely lighter than the melton wool and can be worn 3 of 4 seasons.
