I think you are right about it being at the SF Bloomingdales (as of last week). I feel like Bastille may have had it as well, but I was not paying a lot of attention to the work shirts when I was looking.

Pity about the hike in prices tho
If you know what size you need then just order from the States. There's quite a few places that charge reasonable shipping fees and are happy to mark down for Customs. You can get it around £100 cheaper than UK RRP doing it this way.

Hey, if you don't mind me asking - which stores are willing to mark down the value for customs? I feel like all I've ever seen is notices saying that they won't do it. The only store I've ever known to do so (not an Engineered Garments stockist) is Blue in Green in NY.

Some will do it if you ask by mail, but it's apparently not legal. My local customs office now demands a copy of the actual receipt of payment (Paypal, credit card, etc.) when you pick up the package, and compare it to the marked value. Apparently, too many people have tried that trick. It's not worth getting sued for tax evasion imho.

Another fit question: Has anyone had a chance to try on the Quilted / NyCO Brookline jacket? I wonder if it fits small like it did in the last seasons. Judging from the pic on Tresbienshop, it does. This dude is 1.89m and wears M - the sleeves are clearly too short.

When does the sale on A/W items usually start?
Just a heads up for you who are looking to buy the rounded collar shirt and/or 19th century shirt from this season and are between sizes.
I wear small in work shirts and miner shirts (where the miner is extra roomy), but for the two mentioned above I'm gonna size up to medium. Sleeves are too short, and the overall fit is very snug.

Thanks for your help with the parka. Ive never thought about doing it this way before. Good idea if you can save some money

However I like to support the Bureau as they are my local store. They make the effort to bring quality clothing to such a small place like Belfast so I like to buy from them when I can as a thank you even if it is a little extra.

Still torn on what colour I should get tho ha

usn pants...how many of you go tighter size vs looser size and use the cinch buttons?

i'm usually 32 in e.g. pants...5'7 32" actual waist

i'm using the side tabs on my usn's but the crotch hangs a touch low for my liking
should i could go down to a 30 or is the rise essentially the same?

thnx
