i want a bedford, but all the way up to sz L felt too small in the shoulders.. couldn't even get my arms in the small, which is the one that would have fit in the rest of the body. L and XL were too long, M i could barely move my arms around

Having a similar problem. Large fits pretty well everywhere except the chest, which gets too much pulling if I lift up my arms. The armholes may be a touch small, too, which is adding to the constricted feeling. I'm in love with how the Bedford looks with a lot of my other things, though, so I'll probably make the jump to XL even if it means a slightly boxier fit in the body (at least, from the side view).

Looking at these pics really makes me thing that I'm sizing up too much on my EG jackets. Or that I just need to lose some weight :embar: Damn!

Tried to order the Bedford in navy wool denim through Arrow, they have only S and XL left. Anyone seen a L in the states? Thank you

What kind of shoes do you tend to wear with Engineered Garments trousers? I have a few pairs of USN pants for this season [Olive Reversed Sateen, Khaki Cotton Whipcord and Indigo Denim 12oz] and trying to decide between wearing Oak Street Bootmakers OR Red Wings.

Any advice from you all would be most appreciated. Cheers fellas.

Thanks for trying but that's in camo, I was looking for navy wool denim.

My bad sorry!

All i can think of are the European stockists? Have you tried the Bureau? or Start London? I know paying in Pounds can sting a little...

try nepenthes ny, i got my hb truman from them last month. it was $552 shipped.

Thanks! I'm based in Sydney Australia, so hopefully they will ship internationally.

Jack Straw in Seattle had several in various sizes when I was last in a week ago, though I can't say for sure if a medium was still available. Have you called them yet to check?

Might give them a shot in case Nepenthes do not deliver my way. Thanks!
