Christ I want those shoes. Did they have a 9.5 and how much are they?
They are EG.
They were $550 after tax. I'm not sure if they had a 9.5, but I'm guessing they don't in Chicago. However, they might have one around the US. I think they're pretty sweet .

What do you find so 'horrid' about the Last? It looks to me as though it would make a good casual work shoe. No uglier than the clunky old mens shoe's SF get's so hard for.
Just sayin'....

The stitching looks doveresque - fantastic for a boot, but not a loafer. The loafers would look fantastic on the 89 last though
I bought these a few weeks ago and the photo posted here is low quality and very deceiving. The shoe looks much much better in person and is basically the antibes.

I realize this is a farfetched request: If someone happens to go to the Chicago or New York store, would you mind taking a photo of the purple label shoes available? One photo with all the shoes in it would be great/enough.

Sorry, Sunday I was in the Chicago store. I did notice that some of the shoes (Eden, The Grant etc.) that I got a few years ago are now $1250:crazy:
