Without reading thru every post on this thread, here's a few ideas: -Squats (or Leg press machine if you have back problems) -Side Lunges -Walking Lunges -Plyometrics: jumping, star jumps, etc. -Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, etc. -Swimming, cycling, trail running (no more than 30 minutes) -use above exercise(s), hardcore, twice a week max. -more vegetable proteins in your diet, as you more than likely eat enough animal protein. -8 hours sleep per night -most importantly, remind yourself you won't grow huge legs overnight.

Squats, deadlifts, and lunges are staples of any leg workout.

I don't this has been mentioned but do some cleans. It is just the clean part of an olympic clean and press. It works your coordination, quickness and most importantly has a large squat component to the lift.

It is an amazing lift.

Example...

Back Squat - 5 Singles (work up to a heavy single) This should take approximately 8 minutes with 2 minutes rest between each attempt

Take 80% of today's heaviest load and perform 10 singles, one every 30 seconds, with a 3 second work interval. This is 5:30 minutes total work.
