Wait for the end-of-season collapse...

Inter just had a phenomenal game against spurs and really deserved to qualify. Luck s definitely on spurs side. Inter however really lost this me in their lackluster game in London as it was close to a training session. Today they were all champions coming back again and again and falling short of what would have been one of the best comebacks in the history of this tournament

Quarterfinals draw is out:

Malaga v. Borussia Dortmund
Barcelona v. PSG
Real Madrid v. Galatasaray
Bayern v. Juventus

I haven't seen who plays which dates, but I'm hoping that the PSG and Bayern games are on opposite days.

Bayern have the toughest draw. Dortmund and Real the easiest.

You are correct they were awful in the London match.

Probably Karma coming back to bite them, those three illegitimate Serie A titles and all nest.gif

Dortmund have the easiest draw on paper. I think Real will progress.

The other two games are shootouts. It will make for some great headlines to have Ibra playing against Barça in the NouCamp and all that, but if Barça have actually "hit form" then it's an easy call that they'll progress. Bayern/Juve on form is the matchup of the whole round. Despite the point lead Bayern have in the Bundesliga, I think Juve will squeak them out.

Are semi-finals redrawn or left as currently bracketed? Ie, Dortmund v. Barça is a given?

Semi-finals are drawn after the quarters are over this year.

Seattle v Portland this weekend. Game #80 in a rivalry going back to 1975. It is a big deal. If you don't follow MLS but are at all curious about it, I suggest you check this one out. I don't know the projected attendance, but last year we got 60k.

Obafemi Martins is due in town later today. May feature as a late sub in the game.

Here is a great tifo video, showing best of from Seattle and Portland.

Agreed; I think Bayern - Juventus isn't as even a match as it might sound.

^ hahaha  Good turn around by Madrid. And it was given that pipita would do well in this match, he´s the top scorer against Mallorca.

madrid still need to figure out how to defend headers though ... both those mallorca goals were from headers
