Wishing I'd had Tevez as my fantasy captain right now.

Well, after yesterday's performance of Suarez and Tevez, your two monstrous strikers, you are only just over 40 points behind. Definitely too early to give up the fight. It's a long season and lots of luck involved.

I was teasing a bit talking about a class divide but still... does anyone really think Spurs can end up above Arsenal in the table and/or challenge for CL qualification? How often has Spurs ended up above Arsenal these last few decades? Spurs is a team that never settles, in constant change with constantly new managers and new game plans. Some great players have come and gone but nothing much changes when it comes to the inconsistency over a whole season of football. There IS a class divide.

Man U will go for Mouriho and another big beast..

I don't think ManU will go for Mourinho. They've seen the kind of success that stability brings with SAF, and they'll want that in their next manager. Mourinho is infamous for only staying at a club for a few years.

WB looked great and deserved to win. Dangerous in attack, organized and stubborn in defense.

Chelsea looked pretty bad for much of the came but they had a lot of key players out of the starting lineup due to international duty and the upcoming Juve CL game. They were vastly better once Mata and Oscar got on the pitch in the 74th or so minute. But I don't know whether a full strength Chelsea would have beaten WB, probably not because..........

(1) Torres is killing Chelsea right now. He is not making dangerous runs and just sort of hangs around up front. If he does get the ball he often makes a bad decision or can't put it on target. I am ready to see him go.

(2) Chelsea is giving up relatively easy goals. RDM says that he is going to change the formation going forward to make it more defensive, which might help.

Becks just announced he's leaving Galaxy after the MLS final on Dec. 1st.

A-league? Back to England? Ownership?

Don't think he'll go to the A-League. Don't think he'll hang up his boots. Who would want him in England? Other than name recognition, I'm not sure what he offers an EPL team.

I think his passing is still second to none. If Giggs and Scholes are still at it, why not Becks?

Heck - with as dusted as ManU's midfield has been, why not head home for half a season?

I still think Beckham plays better than anyone Hodgson has selected for the England midfield as of late.

Will be on the bench used as a super sub or a shirt hanger...

Might play at QPR or Monaco..

Torres is on the bench for the Juve game replaced by Hazard, according to the DM (yes I know...). Maybe Chelsea are going to run a false 9? Should be interesting.

There is a very good chance that Athletico and Chelsea will swap Falcao and Torres during the transfer window, don't you think?
